PORTFOLIO OVENS: Mansonville - Avaloir   

For reasons of economy only the smoke hood has been built in clay brick. The recycled brick was originaly layed in Outremont in the 1890's. The oven's bake chamber and Avaloir are not physically conected at any point, though each is independently keyed in to the slab of the elevated foundation.
