		A Panyol 66, semi-prefabricated, direct-fired bread oven, by Fayol of France. Here seen in an exterior installation on the north shore of the St. Lawrence Seaway. Built upon a footing 3 1/2 feet above grade, a masonry foundation supports the oven, which is faced in two shades of reclaimed brick. The oven should ideally be protected by a weather canopy.
