We really love the masonry furnace - we have been using it lots - and cooking in the oven as well.
Thanks again so much - it is one of the nicest parts of the house.  I really like being able to touch and lean on the smooth surface of the glass tiles. 
Here is a photo with the fire going.
 
Also I have some clients (near the Albany area - Canaan NY) who are building in spring (straw bale), Eric and Ellen Harris.  They will likely be contact you - as I referred them to your site.
