Upper portions of the side and rear walls of the heater showing two of a set of three burnt clay relief moduls depicting the classical god Bacchuss. The three moduls were originaly stylised arch pieces in a four foot segmental arch over a window in the wall, which when demolished provided the bricks the heater is faced in. The three arch pieces were originaly two springers or skewbacks, only one of which is in view here, (stylised vine leaf, left ) and one key stone face of Bacchuss right )
